UNRWA: 124,000 Displaced in Gaza Amid Zionist Bombardment

GAZA – The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) has reported that 124,000 people were displaced from Gaza in just a few days due to relentless Zionist airstrikes. The agency called for an immediate end to the blockade imposed on the besieged territory.

In a statement on its X platform, UNRWA described the dire situation, saying families are fleeing with almost nothing, while Zionist authorities have cut off aid, causing food shortages and soaring prices. The agency labeled the crisis a “humanitarian catastrophe” and demanded an end to the siege.

The Zionist entity resumed its airstrikes on Gaza last Tuesday, violating the ceasefire agreement brokered on December 19 with Egyptian, Qatari, and American mediation. The renewed attacks have exacerbated the suffering of civilians, with no safe refuge available amid the ongoing blockade.
