Iran Engages in Negotiations with Europe, Highlighting Willingness to Reach an Agreement

Deputy Foreign Minister Majid Takht-Ravanchi has confirmed that Iran is engaged in ongoing negotiations with European countries, emphasizing that both sides are committed to advancing discussions within an established framework. Speaking to Alahad TV, he highlighted Iran’s willingness to reach an agreement while reiterating Tehran’s cautious approach based on past experiences with Western commitments.
Addressing threats from the U.S. and “Israel”, Takht-Ravanchi dismissed them as nothing new but warned that both nations are fully aware of Iran’s strength. He cautioned that any reckless actions against Iran would lead to severe consequences. He also reaffirmed that Iran’s approach to negotiations with Washington remains guided by the principles set by the Leader of the Islamic Revolution.
On Syria, Takht-Ravanchi stated that Tehran is closely monitoring the situation, hoping for a return to stability. He urged foreign powers to avoid interfering in Syria’s internal affairs, reinforcing Iran’s stance on regional sovereignty and security.
