Indian prime minister, Narendra Modi sent a congratulation message to the Algerian President, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, on his re-election for a second presidential term, the Algerian Presidency said Thursday in a communiqué.
Narendra Modi expressed, in his message, the strength of the traditional friendship between India and Algeria, which is based on mutual trust, sincere will, and shared perspectives on regional and international issues.
The Algerian Presidency stated that the Indian Prime Minister affirmed that India attaches great importance to expanding and deepening cooperation with Algeria in a way that serves the mutual benefit of both peoples.
