Andy Murray is retiring after the Paris Olympics

The Scottish Andy Murray, double Olympic champion in 2012 and 2016 in singles, will retire at the end of the Paris Olympics at 37, in his fifth Games.
“I arrived in Paris for my last tennis tournament. The weeks spent playing for Great Britain were by far the most memorable of my career and I am extremely proud to be able to do it one last time,” he wrote on X.
Andy Murray, the only double Olympic champion tennis player among men in singles, is participating in singles and doubles at the Roland-Garros stadium, where the tennis events of the Paris Games will take place.
