WHO Warns Gaza Hospitals Near Collapse Amid Expanding Zionist Offensive

The World Health Organization (WHO) sounded the alarm Thursday over the dire state of Gaza’s health system, warning that hospitals are on the verge of collapse as the Zionist entity intensifies its ground offensive in the northern Gaza Strip. The organization called for an end to the “inhumane conditions” facing civilians and medical staff.
WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus said in a post on X that “the military incursion and evacuation orders in northern Gaza are leading to new waves of displacement, pushing families already suffering from psychological trauma towards an increasingly shrinking area that is inconsistent with human dignity.”
He added that hospitals, already stretched beyond capacity, are now “on the brink of collapse,” stressing that the surge in violence has obstructed access and prevented WHO from delivering critical medical supplies and equipment.
