UNIFIL: Over 10,000 Zionist Violations in Lebanon Since Late 2024

The United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) announced Thursday that it has recorded more than 10,000 Zionist air and ground violations on Lebanese territory since the ceasefire came into effect at the end of 2024.

“a fragile calm prevails along the Blue Line” (which marked the withdrawal line of the Zionist entity from Lebanon in 2000), UNIFIL wrote in a social media post.

“The UNIFIL Blue Helmets and the Lebanese Army carry out daily patrols to prevent escalation and help restore stability in southern Lebanon,” the same source added.

UNIFIL further noted that, since the entry into force of the ceasefire agreement in November 2024, it has recorded “over 7,500 air violations and around 2,500 ground violations north of the Blue Line (inside Lebanese territory).”

The U.N. force said that “all these violations are reported to the U.N. Security Council.”

The Zionist entity continues to violate the ceasefire by maintaining its presence on five hills in southern Lebanon that it occupied during its last aggression, in addition to other Lebanese areas it has occupied for decades.
