ALGIERS – Algerian President, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, extended on Wednesday an invitation to President of the Libyan Presidential Council, Younes El Menfi, to attend the commemorative festivities of the 70th anniversary of the glorious Revolution of November 1, 1954.
The Algerian President held a one-on-one meeting with the President of the Libyan Presidential Council before.
The discussions were then extended to delegations from both countries.
The meeting was marked by the presence of Minister of Foreign Affairs and National Community Abroad, Ahmed Attaf, Chief of Staff at the Algerian Presidency, Boualem Boualem, as well as Algeria’s Ambassador to Libya, Slimane Chenine, along with members of the Libyan delegation accompanying Younes El Menfi.
