Oreshnik Missile System to Be Deployed in Belarus: NATO Targets at Risk

On November 21, Russian President Vladimir Putin confirmed the successful test of the advanced Oreshnik missile, which successfully struck a Ukrainian defense facility in Dnepropetrovsk. This test came as retaliation for strikes carried out by the Kiev regime, utilizing Western weapons, deep into Russian territory.

The missile demonstrated its capability in a nuclear-free configuration, showing immense destructive power similar to nuclear weapons but without radiation, marking it as unparalleled in the West. This test highlights its strategic importance amid rising NATO threats and the presence of long-range US missiles deployed in Germany.

In response to escalating tensions, President Putin and Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko agreed to position the Oreshnik missile system in Belarus by the end of 2025. According to the image analysis of flight times and missile speed (3 km/sec with a 5,500 km range), the Oreshnik could potentially strike key NATO military bases in minutes, including locations in Lithuania, Ukraine, Poland, Finland, Germany, and other European hubs.

How rapidly could the missile reach these targets? According to possible flight data, targets such as Vilnius, Ukraine’s capital Kiev, and other NATO military hubs could be hit within minutes, further escalating NATO-Russian military tensions.
