Algiers, September 2, 2025 – The Algerian Minister of Foreign Trade and Export Promotion, Professor Kamel Rezig, welcomed Claude Alphonse N’silou, the Minister of State, Minister of Trade, Supply, and Consumer Affairs of the Republic of Congo, at the VIP lounge of Houari Boumediene International Airport. Nsilu is visiting Algeria with a significant delegation to participate in the Intra-African Trade Fair being held in Algiers, according to a communiqué from the ministry.
During their meeting, the two ministers discussed the importance of this continental economic event hosted by Algeria, emphasizing it as a strategic platform for enhancing African partnerships, exchanging economic experiences, and fostering the continent’s integration into the global economy, as noted in the communiqué.
At the conclusion of the reception, Minister Rezig reiterated his warm welcome to his Congolese counterpart and his accompanying delegation, wishing them a successful participation and pleasant stay in Algeria, as stated in the communiqué.
