Algerian President Grants Official Reception to Lebanese Counterpart
ALGIERS — Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune welcomed on Tuesday at Houari-Boumediene International Airport, the President of the Republic of Lebanon, Joseph Aoun, who is on an official visit to Algeria.
The Algerian President reserved for the Lebanese President an official welcome befitting the fraternal relations between the two countries, in the presence of high state officials and government members.
After having listened to the national anthems of the two countries, the two Presidents reviewed detachments of the different Forces of the People’s National Army (PNA) who rendered them honors, while a 21-cannon salute was fired in honor of Algeria’s guest.
Following that, Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune held bilateral talks with Lebanese President Joseph Aoun in the lounge of honor at Houari-Boumediene International Airport.
