Algerian Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad, and African Affairs, Ahmed Attaf, held a telephone conversation today with Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi.
The discussion provided an opportunity to review the various aspects of the comprehensive strategic partnership between Algeria and China and explore ways to elevate it to new levels, particularly in the economic field, in line with the special attention given by the leaderships of both countries.
The two ministers also discussed key issues currently on the agenda of the UN Security Council this month, with particular focus on the question of decolonization in Western Sahara.
