Algerian Minister of National Solidarity Meets Her Jordanian Counterpart in New York

ALGIERS, March 13, 2025 – On Thursday, Soraya Mouloudji, Algerian Minister of National Solidarity, Family, and Women’s Affairs, engaged in discussions with her Jordanian counterpart, Wafa Bani Mustafa, in New York, as reported in a ministry communiqué.
This meeting coincided with the 69th session of the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women, where both parties explored “ways to enhance bilateral cooperation in the realm of social development,” according to the statement.
During this occasion, the two ministers underscored “the significance of fostering cooperative prospects and leveraging each country’s experiences in areas of mutual interest.” In this context, they agreed to “establish a joint cooperation committee to implement the agreement signed between the two sectors and to formulate an action plan with clearly defined objectives,” the source concluded.
