Zionist Entity Strikes Imam Hussein University in Tehran Amid Escalating Conflict

TEHRAN – The Zionist entity launched a strike Wednesday targeting Imam Hussein University in Tehran, a key institution affiliated with Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), according to an Anadolu correspondent on the ground. The attack caused plumes of smoke to rise over the Iranian capital.
The university, known for training senior IRGC officers and strategists, marks a significant symbolic and military target. The strike follows days of mutual bombardments after the Zionist entity began launching coordinated airstrikes on Iranian nuclear and military facilities last Friday.
The spiraling violence has resulted in heavy casualties on both sides. Zionist authorities have reported at least 24 deaths and hundreds injured due to Iranian missile strikes. Iran, meanwhile, says that at least 224 people have been killed and over 1,000 wounded in Zionist assaults—raising fears that the region is inching closer to full-scale war.
