Zionist Drone Strike Kills Five Aid Workers as Gaza Death Toll Surpasses 60,939

GAZA – At least five civilians were killed and seven others wounded on Monday when a Zionist drone targeted humanitarian aid personnel at Al-Tawam Roundabout in the northern Gaza Strip, according to local medical sources. The victims were part of a group facilitating the distribution of urgently needed relief supplies.
The injured were rushed to nearby hospitals, with many reported in critical condition. The incident adds to the growing list of attacks on humanitarian operations in Gaza, where ongoing Zionist strikes have devastated infrastructure and made aid delivery increasingly dangerous.
In a separate attack, Mahmoud Jawad Ali Al-Durra, a resident of the Al-Bureij refugee camp in central Gaza, succumbed to injuries sustained in a previous Zionist airstrike. Meanwhile, Uday Nahed Al-Quraan, a nurse at Al-Aqsa Hospital, was killed when heavy aid crates dropped from the air struck him while he was helping distribute supplies in Al-Zawaida.
Medical authorities say the death toll in Gaza has now reached 60,939, the majority of whom are women and children. Nearly 150,027 people have been injured since the beginning of the Zionist aggression on October 7, 2023. Civil defense and ambulance teams continue to face severe challenges reaching victims trapped under rubble due to the continuous bombardment and a critical lack of resources.
