GAZA – The World Health Organization (WHO) is set to deliver trucks loaded with blood units and essential medical supplies to hospitals across the Gaza Strip today, according to Palestinian medical sources.
Health officials confirmed that while the aid is urgently needed, it does not include any food supplies. The medical items being delivered are vital to sustaining life-saving services, especially for treating the wounded and those suffering from chronic illnesses.
This shipment follows a similar delivery organized by WHO just two days ago, which included medications and other critical supplies. The repeated efforts come amid growing concern over the worsening humanitarian crisis in Gaza.
