UN Report Accuses “Israeli” Occupation of Gender-Based Violence and Genocide in Gaza

A UN report released Thursday has accused the zionist entity of systematically destroying sexual and reproductive healthcare facilities in Gaza while committing widespread gender-based violence against Palestinians since October 2023. The findings, presented by the UN Independent International Commission of Inquiry, assert that these actions amount to crimes against humanity and genocide under international law.
The report details severe violations, including forced public stripping, sexual harassment, threats of rape, and sexual assault, allegedly carried out by Zionist forces. It also highlights the destruction of Gaza’s maternity wards and its only in-vitro fertility clinic, preventing Palestinian women from accessing essential reproductive healthcare. According to the commission, these acts aim to undermine Palestinian self-determination and instill fear, particularly through unchecked settler violence in the West Bank.
The commission called for international accountability, urging the International Criminal Court and national courts to prosecute those responsible. UN Commissioner Navi Pillay stressed that Zionist military justice system has failed to act, reinforcing a culture of impunity. The findings were supported by testimonies from victims and medical personnel in public hearings held in Geneva on March 11-12.
