UN Official Warns Over Two Million Palestinians in Gaza at Risk Amid Humanitarian Crisis

The survival of more than two million Palestinians in Gaza is under severe threat due to the suspension of essential humanitarian aid, including food, water, fuel, and medical supplies, warned the UN Coordinator for Humanitarian Affairs in the Occupied Palestinian Territory, Muhannad Hadi, on Friday.
In a statement reported by the Palestinian news agency WAFA, Hadi stressed that Palestinians in Gaza are struggling to survive in unlivable conditions as hostilities by the Zionist entity continue unabated since October 7, 2023.
“The survival of over two million Palestinians in Gaza is at risk,” Hadi said, highlighting the dire humanitarian catastrophe unfolding in the besieged enclave. He accused the Zionist entity of pushing Palestinian civilians “to the brink” by depriving them of critical aid needed for survival.
Hadi reiterated the commitment of humanitarian agencies to remain in Gaza and continue their work, despite growing concerns about their operational capacity under such conditions.
He called for urgent action to ensure the safe and unhindered delivery of humanitarian aid to Gaza through legal and secure channels, emphasizing the need for immediate international intervention to avert further catastrophe.
