Trump Appoints Robert F. Kennedy Jr. as Secretary of Health and Human Services

President-elect Donald Trump has appointed Robert F. Kennedy Jr., a controversial figure known for his vaccine skepticism and as a member of the renowned Kennedy family, to the position of Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS). Kennedy, who had previously lobbied for this role after suspending his own presidential campaign to support Trump, will be tasked with overseeing the overhaul of several key health departments.
In a post on his social media platform, Truth Social, Trump expressed his enthusiasm for the appointment, stating, “I am thrilled to announce Robert F. Kennedy Jr. as the United States Secretary of Health and Human Services.”
