Tottenham Appoints Danish Coach Thomas Frank as New Manager

English club Tottenham Hotspur has appointed Danish tactician Thomas Frank as the team’s new manager on a contract running until 2028, in a move that reflects the club’s ambition to compete at the highest level in the coming seasons.

Frank brings extensive experience in English football, having begun his career in England in 2016 with Brentford. He successfully led the club from the Championship to the Premier League, becoming one of the league’s longest-serving managers.

During his tenure with the London-based club, Frank established Brentford as a competitive side, consistently delivering results that exceeded expectations.

Known for his progressive coaching philosophy and innovative approach to player development and team-building, Tottenham hopes to benefit from Frank’s methods in the seasons ahead.

Joining Frank’s backroom staff are Gaston Couchepin as first assistant, Chris Haslam as Head of Performance and assistant coach, and Joe Newton as technical analyst. Andreas Georgson will also join the staff from Manchester United as third assistant coach.
