Tennis: Algeria to Field Twelve Athletes at the Arab U12 and U14 Championships in Tunis
Algeria will be represented by twelve athletes, including six girls, at the Arab Youth Championships (U12 and U14) in tennis, set to take place in Tunis from August 16 to 25, as announced by the Algerian Tennis Federation (FAT) on Thursday.
“The Algerian U12 and U14 teams—comprising both boys and girls—are traveling to Tunis today to compete in the individual and team events of the Arab Championships. The technical coaching staff includes Ahmed Dhia Dali Ali, Aida Baira, and Bouchra Zitouni,” stated the FAT in a press release.
According to the same source, the Algerian delegation is led by Nabil Cheriak, the president of the Algerian Tennis Federation (FAT). He will also participate in a meeting of the Arab Tennis Union scheduled to coincide with the competition.
