
Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune, in his role as Chair of the African Peer Review Mechanism (APRM), officiated at the swearing-in ceremony of Ambassador Marie-Antoinette Rose Quatre as the new Chief Executive Officer of the APRM Continental Secretariat, according to a statement from the Presidency on Wednesday.

Ambassador Marie-Antoinette Rose Quatre,
“As Chair of the Forum of Heads of State and Government of the African Peer Review Mechanism (APRM), I would like to congratulate you on your appointment. It is an honor for me to witness your swearing-in as the new Executive Director of the APRM Continental Secretariat,” the statement read.
“This joyous occasion brings us together today, uniting us in our commitment to uphold the values of good governance and transparency across our entire African continent. With your leadership and dedication, we are confident that our mechanism will continue to thrive and positively impact the lives of our continent’s peoples,” the President added.
“In conclusion, I encourage you to embrace this opportunity with zeal and determination, knowing that you have my support as well as the full backing of all Heads of State and Government within our mechanism. Let us unite our efforts to build a better future for Africa. Once again, congratulations,” the President concluded.
