Signing of Two MoUs Between Algiers 3 University and Northwest Chinese University

Algiers 3 University and Northwest Chinese University have signed two memoranda of understanding aimed at enhancing academic and scientific collaboration between the two institutions, as announced in a statement from Algiers 3 University on Wednesday.
The first memorandum was co-signed by Khaled Rouaski, the rector of Algiers 3 University, and Sun Qingwei, his counterpart at Northwest Chinese University.
The second memorandum was co-signed by Slimane Aradj, the dean of the Faculty of Political Science and International Relations, and the director of the Institute for Middle Eastern Studies at the Chinese university.
During the event, Rouaski provided an overview of the various fields of study and academic programs offered by his institution, highlighting the introduction of English language instruction as part of ongoing efforts to enhance the university’s international profile and attract a diverse student body.
He underscored the “importance of exchanges among students and faculty from both countries to promote academic cooperation and share experiences, given the close ties between the two nations.”
In his remarks, Sun Qingwei expressed his satisfaction with the level of collaboration established through these memoranda, affirming that this initiative represents “an important step toward strengthening bilateral exchanges in various fields.”
These agreements will facilitate the exchange of academic missions and the implementation of educational programs and joint research projects between the two parties.
