ALGIERS – In his quality as special envoy of the Algerian President, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, the Minister of Communication, Mohamed Meziane, was received Tuesday, in Dakar, by the President of Senegal, Bassirou Diomaye Faye, the ministry said in a press release.
In this respect, Mohamed Meziane delivered the letter of the Algerian President, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, to his Senegalese counterpart, transmitting his fraternal greetings and aspirations to strengthen the fraternal ties as well as the fruitful and constructive cooperation between Algeria and Senegal.
The meeting was an opportunity to highlight the fraternal ties between the two countries and to display the shared willingness to deepen coordination and consultation in various fields, added the press release.
The two parties also discussed African issues of common interest.
