Russian Ministry Reports key Achievements of the Armed Forces, Ukrainian Losses

Russia’s Ministry of Defense provided an update on the progress of the ongoing war in Ukraine, highlighting key achievements by the Russian Armed Forces. According to the Russian Defense Ministry, Russian forces have successfully liberated the settlements of Maksimovka and Antonovka in the Donetsk People’s Republic.

In a statement on Wednesday, the Ministry reported that Russia’s Yug group of forces had eliminated up to 645 Ukrainian servicepeople over the past day, alongside the destruction of an infantry fighting vehicle and six other vehicles. The Zapad group of forces successfully repelled two Ukrainian counterattacks, eliminating up to 450 Ukrainian soldiers, while the Tsentr group of forces repelled six counterattacks, eliminating up to 510 Ukrainian troops.
