Rebiga Welcomed in Windhoek by Namibia’s President

Laïd Rebiga, the Algerian Minister of Mujahideen and Rights Holders, was received by Namibia’s President, Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah, at the presidential palace in Windhoek. This meeting took place following her inauguration ceremony on Friday, which coincided with Namibia’s celebration of the 35th anniversary of its Independence Day.
Rebiga represented the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, during the commemorative events honoring both the 35th anniversary of Namibia’s Independence Day and the inauguration of the newly elected president.
