Protesters in NYC Demand Release of Doctors Detained by Israeli Occupation

Dozens of activists gathered in New York City and San Francisco on Tuesday to demand the immediate release of Palestinian doctors and health workers detained during the ongoing Zionist military aggression on the Gaza Strip.

The protesters, many of whom carried images of the detained medical personnel, urged authorities to free the individuals so they can resume their vital roles in saving the lives of innocent people in Gaza, who are enduring a humanitarian crisis.

The New York protest took place outside Tisch Hospital, where demonstrators staged a sit-in, calling on health workers to join in expressing solidarity with their colleagues in Gaza. They highlighted the dire situation in Gaza, where the Zionist forces continues to target medical personnel and facilities, hindering the delivery of essential health services.

In San Francisco, activists also gathered, echoing the call for the immediate release of Palestinian medical workers. They emphasized the critical role of healthcare professionals in conflict zones and condemned the ongoing violence against civilians and medical staff in Gaza.

The protests reflect growing international outrage over the treatment of medical workers in the conflict and the need for greater humanitarian efforts to protect them.
