OPEC+: Next Ministerial Meeting Postponed to December 5

The ministerial meeting of the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries and its allies (OPEC+) has been postponed from its original date of Sunday to next Thursday, as announced in a statement by the organization.
“The 57th meeting of the Joint Ministerial Monitoring Committee (JMMC) and the 38th OPEC and non-OPEC ministerial meeting, initially scheduled for December 1, 2024, has been rescheduled to Thursday, December 5, 2024. This change was made due to the participation of several ministers in the 45th Gulf Summit in Kuwait City,” the statement on the organization’s website reads.
During this meeting, OPEC+ ministers will assess the current state of the international oil market and its short-term outlook to inform their strategic decisions for the upcoming months.
