Occupied Jerusalem: Over 100 Zionist Settlers Storm Al-Aqsa Mosque

On Wednesday, more than 100 extremist Zionist settlers once again stormed the Al-Aqsa Mosque compound in the holy city of occupied Jerusalem, as reported by the Palestinian news agency Wafa.
According to Wafa, citing the Governorate of occupied Jerusalem, over 118 settlers, accompanied by occupation forces, invaded the mosque premises in successive groups, performing Talmudic rituals and conducting provocative marches near the Bab al-Rahma prayer hall.
In this context, occupation forces have intensified military measures around the mosque, restricting access for Palestinian worshippers.
Between October 7, 2022, and September 8 of this year, more than 46,293 settlers have assaulted the Al-Aqsa Mosque, according to Wafa.
As the third holiest site in Islam, the Al-Aqsa Mosque faces daily acts of desecration by settlers and Zionist police officers. These actions aim to Judaize the city of Jerusalem, impose a new reality, and alter the religious identity of the holy city.
