MSF : Water, Electricity, and Fuel Cut Off in Gaza as Ceasefire Collapses

As Zionist forces continue their relentless bombardment of Gaza, Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) has called for an immediate restoration of the ceasefire and for Zionist authorities to lift restrictions on vital resources. The organization urged the Zionist entity to allow electricity, fuel, and water supplies to enter Gaza to prevent further loss of life.
MSF warned that the zionist entity’s blockade is effectively depriving the population of access to clean water, exacerbating an already dire humanitarian crisis. The lack of electricity and fuel has crippled water infrastructure, forcing many residents to drink unsafe water. The statement highlighted the rise in preventable diseases such as jaundice, diarrhea, and scabies, especially among children, due to the lack of sanitation. MSF medical staff are treating increasing numbers of children suffering from severe skin conditions, which worsen due to the inability to bathe.
The humanitarian organization condemned the Zionist entity’s continued restrictions, including the ban on high-capacity generators needed to restore Gaza’s water system. MSF reiterated its call for the Zionist entity to lift its siege, comply with international humanitarian law, and ensure immediate aid access. The crisis worsened after Zionist forces ordered a complete halt to electricity supply to Gaza on March 9, further tightening an already devastating blockade.
