MSF Warns of Sustained Zionist Attacks, Systemic Collapse in Gaza

Doctors Without Borders (MSF) has issued a harrowing warning regarding the catastrophic humanitarian reality in the Gaza Strip, accusing Zionist forces of maintaining a deliberate pattern of aid obstruction amid expanding military operations.

The organization revealed, in a statement, that the so-called “ceasefire” in place since last October has failed to end the suffering of Palestinians, with at least 733 people killed and a further 1,913 wounded since that date.

Claire San Filippo, MSF’s emergency director, said that Israeli authorities are imposing conditions designed to destroy the essentials of life through the systematic restriction of aid and the de-registration of 37 international relief organizations, including Doctors Without Borders, which has been blocked from bringing in any medical supplies since the beginning of this year.

The statement highlights a systematic “strangulation” of the healthcare system, noting that more than 18,500 patients, including 4,000 children, are currently awaiting medical evacuation, which continues to be blocked by occupation authorities.

The international medical humanitarian organization reported that the occupation has effectively divided the Gaza Strip through what it calls the “Yellow Line,” confining Palestinians to just 42 percent of the already devastated territory, while turning the perimeter of that line into a sustained “kill zone” under relentless aerial, artillery and naval bombardment.

Doctors Without Borders called on the international community to exert all available political pressure to compel the Zionist entity, in its capacity as an occupying power, to protect civilians, restore conditions for a dignified life, and allow the immediate and unimpeded entry of humanitarian and medical aid.
