ALGIERS – The Algerian Minister of Interior, Local Authorities and National Planning, Brahim Merad said Wednesday that the decisions announced by the Algerian President, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, in his keynote address at the opening of the Government-Walis meeting, embody an innovative vision aimed at establishing a decentralized and equitable mode of governance in terms of development, promotion of public services and improvement of the living environment of citizens.
