ALGIERS–The Secretary of State to the Minister of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad and African Affairs, Bakhta Selma Mansouri arrived Monday in the capital of the Republic of Liberia, Monrovia, where she was received by the President of the Republic of Liberia, Joseph Nyuma, said Sunday a statement from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, National Community and African Affairs.
