The Zionist forces launched new strikes in southern Lebanon overnight on Friday, breaching the ceasefire established on November 27, local media reported.
According to the Lebanese National News Agency, the Zionist forces “conducted a bombing operation near the city of Bani Haiyyan at midnight.” “Another strike was reported in Kfar Kila, with explosions heard throughout the southern region,” the agency added.
Previous reports indicated that Zionist forces “were using heavy machine guns to bombard the city of Bint Jbeil from their positions near Maroun al-Ras.” These attacks represent the latest violations of the ceasefire that has been in effect since November 27, 2023.
