Lebanon : Nearly 500 Martyrs in Zionist Strikes

Zionist air strikes targeting Hezbollah in Lebanon killed 492 people on Monday, according to the Lebanese health ministry, marking one of the deadliest days in the country’s history. The ministry reported that among the dead were 35 children and 58 women, with more than 1,645 people wounded in the attacks. The strikes further devastated the war-weary Mediterranean nation.
As the air raids intensified, residents of southern Lebanon fled northward for safety, with some public schools being converted into shelters. The Zionist air force stated that its fighter jets attacked around 800 Hezbollah targets in southern Lebanon and the Bekaa region throughout the day. The targets included buildings where Hezbollah allegedly stored rockets, missiles, launchers, and other military equipment.
In response, Hezbollah claimed responsibility for rocket attacks on Zionist military sites, forcing over a million civilians in Haifa, to seek shelter. According to the Zionist military, approximately 165 rockets and projectiles were fired by Hezbollah into the Zionist entity, although no casualties were reported at the time. Zionist Prime Minister warned of difficult days ahead and urged Lebanese civilians to heed evacuation orders.
The United Nations called for de-escalation, emphasizing the need for diplomatic solutions to prevent further civilian casualties.
