BEIRUT – The Zionist army carried out new airstrikes early Sunday on the southern suburbs of Beirut, Lebanon, following intense bombardments in the area the previous day, according to the National News Agency.
The agency indicated that “enemy aircraft” launched a “powerful strike” near Saint-George Hospital in Hadath, while another attack hit “a residential building near the Mar Mikhael Church in Chiyah,” the agency added.
Lebanese authorities reported 145 Zionist attacks across the country over the past day.
The Lebanese Ministry of Health announced Saturday evening that the toll from the ongoing Zionist aggression since October 8, 2023, has risen to 3,452 martyrs and 14,664 injured, including 889 women and children, in addition to 208 healthcare workers who have been constantly targeted.
