Lebanon: 13 Deaths in Zionist Airstrike Near Hariri Hospital

The death toll has risen to 13 deaths, including one child, and 57 individuals have been reported injured following an air raid launched on Monday evening by Zionist forces near Rafik Hariri Hospital in the southern suburbs of Beirut, as stated by the Lebanese Ministry of Health on Tuesday.
In an official statement, the ministry indicated that “the enemy’s (Zionist) attack in the Al-Jnah area, near Hariri Hospital, resulted in the deaths of 13 people, including one child, while the number of injured has reached 57.”
The ministry further elaborated that among the injured, “17 cases required hospitalization for treatment, with 7 individuals in critical condition.”
The raid also caused considerable damage to Hariri Hospital, according to the report.
On Monday night, Zionist military aircraft carried out an unannounced airstrike in the vicinity of the hospital, initially resulting in 4 deaths, including one child, and 24 injuries.
Since the aggression against Lebanon commenced in October 2023, a total of 2,483 deaths and 11,628 injuries have been documented, many of whom are women and children. Additionally, over 1,340,000 individuals have been displaced. Most of the victims and displaced persons have been registered since September 23, according to the latest official data from Lebanon.
