The minister of Foreign Affairs and National Community Abroad, Ramtane Lamamra, held discussions Tuesday, in Algiers, with the chair of the high-level panel of security and development in the Sahel, Mahamadou Issoufou, who is on a working visit to Algeria, the ministry said in a statement.
