Kremlin Says Ceasefire Talks with Ukraine Should Remain Confidential

Russian Presidential Spokesman Dmitry Peskov stated that the Kremlin has no immediate plans to disclose the conditions it will propose for a ceasefire with Ukraine or whether these terms will be included in Moscow’s draft memorandum.

Peskov emphasized that the content of draft documents exchanged during negotiations will not be made public, as talks should always take place behind closed doors rather than in public. This comment came in response to a reporter’s question about the transparency of the ongoing dialogue.
