Italy’s FM : Explusion of Gazans Will Never be an Acceptable Option

Italy’s Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani firmly rejected proposals to expel Palestinians from Gaza, declaring Wednesday in parliament that such a move is “not and will never be an acceptable option.” His remarks add to growing European criticism of Zionist prolonged military campaign and its dire humanitarian consequences.
Tajani denounced ongoing Zionist aggression as “absolutely tragic and unacceptable,” calling for an immediate halt to bombings and the restoration of humanitarian aid to the besieged enclave. “The bombings must stop, humanitarian assistance must resume immediately, and respect for international humanitarian law must be restored,” he emphasized. He also voiced support for Egypt’s plan for the recovery and reconstruction of Gaza, positioning Italy in alignment with regional diplomatic efforts.
Since March 2, the Zionist entity has maintained a total blockade on Gaza’s crossings, choking off food, medicine, and aid to over two million residents. The ongoing Zionist aggression, which began in October 2023, has resulted in the deaths of over 54,000 Palestinians—most of them women and children—drawing increasing condemnation from human rights organizations and governments worldwide.
