Iran has sent a letter of protest to Rafael Grossi, urging condemnation of the US–Zionist shelling near the Bushehr nuclear power plant, the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran reported.
“The latest attack in the area of the first unit of the Bushehr NPP is a violation of international norms,” said Mohammad Eslami in his letter to Grossi. He stressed that Iran would take all necessary measures to protect itself in response to such threats.
The protest underscores Tehran’s insistence on safeguarding its nuclear infrastructure amid escalating regional tensions and ongoing military operations by the US and the Zionist entity.
