Iran : IRGC Confirms Death of Navy Commander Alireza Tangsiri in Zionist Airstrike

The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) confirmed that its Navy commander, Alireza Tangsiri, was killed in a Zionist airstrike near Bandar Abbas.

Tangsiri led the IRGC’s maritime forces, overseeing missile systems testing, armed drone manufacturing, and the deployment of unmanned boats, which are primarily used to target vessels in the Strait of Hormuz.

Earlier, at the outset of the US-Zionist military campaign against Iran, Tangsiri had vowed that no enemy of Iran would be allowed to pass through the Strait of Hormuz, emphasizing Iran’s strategic control over the vital waterway.
