ICJ to Issue Ruling on Zionist Blockade on Humanitarian Aid Sent to Gaza

The International Court of Justice (ICJ) is expected to issue a ruling on Wednesday regarding the blockade imposed by the Zionist entity on humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip for several months.

The ruling will include an assessment of the Zionist entity’s attacks targeting UN staff and facilities in Gaza.

The anticipated ruling is of great international importance and will increase pressure on the Zionist entity to facilitate the delivery of humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip.

This is the third ICJ ruling regarding the Zionist entity’s practices since the outbreak of the war in Gaza on October 7, 2023.

In July, the court ruled that the Zionist entity’s occupation of the Palestinian territories was illegal and previously issued a ruling ordering the Zionist entity to take all necessary measures to prevent the commission of genocide in Gaza.

It should be noted that the request for this advisory opinion was submitted by the United Nations General Assembly, and the ruling will also consider whether the Zionist entity is obligated to cooperate with the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA).
