Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune arrived Thursday at the Abdellatif Rahal International Conference Centre in the capital Algiers, where he will preside over the opening ceremony of the 4th Intra-African Trade Fair (IATF 2025). The major continental event is being hosted by Algeria from September 4 to 10 under the theme “A Gateway to New Opportunities.”
The trade fair is expected to serve as a strategic platform for strengthening intra-African trade, promoting investment opportunities, and boosting economic integration across the continent. The event will showcase a wide range of sectors, from industry and agriculture to technology and services, highlighting Africa’s growing potential in global markets.
On this occasion, President Tebboune is also receiving heads of state, government leaders, and ministers taking part in IATF 2025 at the Conference Centre, reaffirming Algeria’s role as a key hub for African economic cooperation and regional partnerships.
