Health protocol in force helps enforce right to vote, protect citizens’ health

ALGIERS- Chairman of the Constitutional Council Kamel Fenniche affirmed Friday, in Algiers, that the measures taken to contain the Covid-19 pandemic has enabled both enforcing the citizens’ right to vote in the next elections and asserting the State’s role in the protection of their health and socio-economic gains.
