Gaza’s Shujaiyya hit in another ceasefire violation by Zionist occupation

The Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) strongly condemned the ongoing atrocities committed by the Zionist occupation in the Gaza Strip, including the recent shelling of a school sheltering displaced people, which killed seven Palestinians and injured dozens others.

The organization reiterated its call on the international community, particularly the United Nations Security Council, to take responsibility, put an end to all “Israeli” violations, ensure a comprehensive and lasting ceasefire, guarantee unhindered humanitarian access, and secure the withdrawal of the occupation forces from Gaza.

This comes as five Palestinians were killed in an occupation attack on a school sheltering displaced people in the Al-Tuffah neighbourhood, east of Gaza City on Friday.

The Palestinian civil emergency service said in a statement that most of the killed were children, and added that a number of wounded had been transferred to hospitals for treatment.

On Sunday morning, moreover, local and medical sources reported that three Palestinians were killed after the occupation forces targeted the Shujaiyya neighborhood, east of Gaza City, bringing the death toll to 404, with an additional 1,108 people injured since the ceasefire agreement came into effect in October.
