Gaza: Three Palestinians Die from Hunger in 24 Hours

In the past 24 hours, three Palestinians have tragically died from hunger in the Gaza Strip, which has been enduring a severe blockade and a genocidal war imposed by the Zionist occupation since October 2023, according to reports from Palestinian medical sources on Tuesday.

These sources, cited by the Palestinian News Agency Wafa, noted that this raises the total number of malnutrition-related deaths in the enclave to 303, including 117 children.

The humanitarian crisis has intensified since March 2, largely due to the complete Zionist blockade and the severe shortages of food and medical supplies. This situation has been exacerbated by the occupying forces’ closure of all crossing points with the Palestinian enclave and their prohibition of most humanitarian and food aid.

Additionally, the United Nations officially declared a famine in Gaza last Friday, marking the first instance of famine in the Middle East. UN experts have warned that 500,000 individuals are currently in a “catastrophic” condition.
