Discussions on strengthening cooperation between Algeria and Chatham House

ALGIERS – Algerian Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad, and African Affairs, Ahmed Attaf, met on Monday with the Director of the Africa Program at the Royal Institute of International Affairs (Chatham House), Alex Vines, the Algerian Foreign Ministry said in a statement.

The meeting provided an opportunity to exchange views and insights on the various challenges facing the African continent, particularly the Sahel region, the statement said.

The two sides also discussed potential avenues for collaboration between Chatham House and the Institute of Diplomacy and International Relations at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the source added.
