Cuban President Díaz-Canel Condemns Ongoing Zionist Aggression on Gaza

Cuban President Miguel Díaz-Canel strongly condemned continued Zionist assault on Gaza, accusing it of committing genocide against the Palestinian people with complete impunity, ensured by U.S. support. He denounced the ongoing violence in a statement on his official X account, where he reaffirmed Cuba’s solidarity with Palestine.

Díaz-Canel criticized the Zionist entity for its relentless bombardment of hospitals, refugee camps, and UN facilities, labeling these attacks as flagrant violations of International Humanitarian Law. He stressed that such actions represent an escalation of war crimes committed against civilians, particularly women and children.

Accompanying his statement, Díaz-Canel shared a photo of displaced Palestinians forced to flee their homes amid the brutal offensive on Gaza. He reiterated Cuba’s call for an immediate ceasefire and demanded accountability for the grave violations of Palestinian rights.
