China Reviewing Export Licenses Amid Eased U.S. Restrictions

China’s Ministry of Commerce announced on Friday that it is reviewing and approving export licenses for restricted materials, following a move by the United States to cancel previously imposed restrictive measures.
A spokesperson for the ministry stated that both sides are intensifying efforts to implement the outcomes of the London Framework, which was described as “hard-won.”
The statement added that China hopes the United States will correct its “wrong practices” and work jointly to promote stable and long-term bilateral economic and trade relations.
