Burkina Faso: Several Dozens of Terrorists “Neutralized” Over the Past Two Weeks

In recent weeks, several dozen terrorists have been “neutralized” in various regions across Burkina Faso, according to local media reports on Wednesday.

The Burkina Information Agency (AIB), citing military sources, indicated that the Burkinabe Defense and Security Forces conducted operations that led to the destruction of terrorist bases, the elimination of key operatives, and the recovery of substantial quantities of war material.

The same source highlighted that March 2025 witnessed an escalation in military operations, particularly within the Centre-East, North, and Boucle du Mouhoun regions, resulting in the “neutralization” of numerous terrorists nationwide.

Images from these operations were also aired by the National Radio and Television of Burkina (RTB) on Wednesday evening.
